PLEASE NOTE: These lenses are sold under many different private labels. They will, however, be shipped as either Biomedics 55, Aquatech 55 or Ultraflex 55. All of these lenses are made by the same manufacturer and are identical in every respect.

Biomedics 55 are 1-2 week disposable soft contact lenses, which means you can wear them for two weeks straight. But not recommended for wearing overnight. You can also break up the days you wear them. If you do not wear your contacts constantly they can extend beyond 1-2 week wear. Just make sure they are in acceptable condition.

Biomedics 55 contact lenses are slightly tinted blue. This makes it easier to handle and find in the lens case. And if you happen to lose one the tint makes them more visible. The material content of these contact lenses are 45% Polymer (polymacon), and 55% water.The lenses are manufactured by Ocular Sciences. Depending on your eye care provider, the lenses are known as either the private label name, Aquatech 55 or Biomedics 55. They are identical, but it just depends where you get them.
