Elliptical
Trainer ReviewOne
of the benefits of wearing contacts over glasses is exercising. When I exercise
on my elliptical trainer the last thing I want is sweat pouring over my glasses,
or having to constantly adjust my glasses while I bounce up and down. I
don't mind wearing glasses, in fact, I wear mine several days out of the week.
But the days I work-out is when I change to contact lenses. I am the kind of person
that sweats profusely. I mean my body drains fluids. Wearing glasses in a complete
hassle. Speaking
of elliptical trainers, they are one of the best new exercise machines to hit
the market. They offer an upper and lower body work out. In addition, they are
low impact machine. Your legs work in an elliptical motion. You can learn more

purchasing an elliptical trainer make sure that you don't compromise on quality.
Those budget models at K-Mart or Sport's Authority may look appealing, but they
are a disaster waiting to happen. Most
of these cheap elliptical trainers come with a 90 day warranty for parts and labor.
That means after 90 days you are on your own. There is a reason why they only
provide 90 day coverage, because the machines are not built to last much longer.
I recommend you consider an elliptical trainer with at least a 2 year parts and
1 year labor warranty. You want to spend at least $1,000. Not only is the quality
of the machine far better, but the workout is much more satisfying. I
recommend that you check out Smooth
CE 3.2 elliptical trainers. It is well constructed and backed with a good
warranty. The other brand to consider is Sole, which has a 2 year labor warranty.
